TERMS, CONDITIONS, PAYMENT METHODS AND REFUND POLICY:

INVESTMENT: starting from €4,900 (at the exchange rate of the day)

What's included:

Includes all the tours mentioned in the chosen program.
Tickets and entrance fees for museums and exhibitions described in the chosen program.
Transport with a driver for all appointments mentioned in the program.
Welcome dinner and meals mentioned in the chosen program.
Transfer from Firenze airport or train station to your chosen hotel.
Official tour guide accredited to guide us around all the museums.
Official authorized tourist assistant to support with reception, travel, and support with Italian/Portuguese/English translations throughout the period.

Payment methods:

An initial deposit of 30% of the amount to reserve your place will be requested, and this amount will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the customer.
The amount can be paid in instalments via wire transfer.
To pay via Paypal or Pagseguro with a surcharge, the link must be requested via customer service.
Payment in euros via the Wise app.
Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the program start date.

Reimbursement:

Full refunds will only be available due to cancellation by Sinfonia dei Sensi.
A partial refund of 80% will be made if the customer cancels the trip up to 3 months before the start of the tour, excluding the initial deposit, which is non-refundable.
For cancellations made up to 6 months before the trip, a refund will be made of the entire amount paid, except the initial deposit.
In case of cancellation, the initial deposit will be converted into a voucher to be applied in a future date/program with a validity of 1 year.
